The hotel's location was superb, being close to many attractions, the train station, and the underground. It was very convenient for exploring the city. the staff was helpful and the hotel itself was nice, clean, and well-maintained.

There were a couple of drawbacks. It would have been better if all costs were clearly stated upfront.
